  • Free Initial consultation and assessment of the project via phone, pictures, or video chat.

  • Goal setting and a customized action plan. (The amount of hours varies from project to project, after our consultation we will have amore accurate estimate of hours)

  • Organizing sessions in 3 -5 hour time slots and are paid hourly. (Package rates are based on the scope of the project and hours)

  • Homework, supply suggestions, and recommendations on how to better utilize your space

  • Follow up session after 6 weeks by phone or in person.​


  • Session Minimums: Organizing sessions have a minimum duration of 3 hours, commencing upon my arrival at your home and concluding upon departure. Billing is rounded to the nearest half-hour. Unless otherwise arranged beforehand, this minimum applies to all in-person meetings. In the event of early conclusion, the 3-hour minimum payment remains applicable.

  • Confirmations: Unless specified otherwise, GSO will not make confirmation calls for appointments.

  • In-Person Sessions: Client participation is essential for organizing sessions, unless mutually agreed otherwise.

  • Preparation: Prior to our session, ensure you have eaten and are prepared to concentrate. We will take breaks as needed.


  • Cancellation Process: Clients are responsible for actively canceling sessions if necessary. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment incur no fee. Contact via telephone is preferred to ensure communication.

  • Less than 48 Hours: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a charge equivalent to half of the booked hours, payable before the next appointment or within 30 days.

  • Last-Minute Cancellations: Sessions canceled under 24 hours will be charged in full. Payment is due before the next appointment or within 30 days, whichever occurs sooner.

  • Inclement Weather: Weather-related issues may affect appointments. We will discuss and decide jointly as the appointment approaches if weather conditions warrant any changes.

  • Right to Waive: Gold Standard Organizing reserves the right to waive cancellation fees at its discretion.


  • Payment Terms: Fees are due upon completion of each session, unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

  • Accepted Payment Types: We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, or paybox. 

  • Payment of Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fees must be settled before the next appointment or within 30 days, whichever is earlier.
